How to use Rejuran Turnover Ampoule

After cleansing and toning, apply 3–5 drops to clean fingertips and gently massage onto face, neck, and décolletage, avoiding direct contact with eyes.

Allow the serum to absorb before moisturizer and sunscreen.

Use once or twice daily. The product can be applied to the face, neck, and back of hands.

Texture notes

Brand imagery shows a clear, viscous ampoule that can sit as neat droplets before massage. Individual slip depends on drop count and the cream that follows. Do not equate topical c-PDRN with injectable Rejuran Healer clinic procedures.

Why choose the 50ml Turnover Ampoule? Rejuran Turnover Ampoule is a practical daily serum step for skin that feels dry, dull, or uneven. The 50ml bottle supports a consistent routine: cleanse, tone, apply 3–5 drops, then moisturize and finish with sunscreen in the daytime. Keep the bottle closed, store it away from direct heat and sunlight, and patch test new skincare before regular use.

For a simple glow routine, use Rejuran Turnover Ampoule 50ml consistently after toner. Rejuran Turnover Ampoule 50ml pairs well with a gentle moisturizer and daily sunscreen.

Choose Rejuran Turnover Ampoule 50ml when you want one focused ampoule in your routine.

Rejuran Turnover Ampoule 50ml is a simple step for hydrated-looking skin after toner.

How to add this ampoule to your routine

After cleansing, use a gentle toner and allow it to settle. Dispense three to five drops into clean hands, then press the serum across the face, neck, and décolletage. Keep the pressure light around the eye area. Follow with a comfortable moisturizer to help seal in hydration, and finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen during the daytime. In the evening, pair this step with a calm, uncomplicated routine.

The Rejuran Turnover Ampoule 50ml format is designed for regular home use. Consistency matters more than applying a large amount at once. Start once daily if your skin is new to the formula, then consider morning and evening use when comfortable. Patch testing is sensible for anyone with reactive skin. Stop use if irritation occurs and consult a qualified professional when needed.

What to expect from the formula

This lightweight texture spreads easily and can be layered with other hydrating products. Apply it to slightly damp skin after toner, using clean fingertips and avoiding vigorous rubbing. The formula can fit a minimal routine or a longer multi-step routine, depending on your preferences. Keep the bottle closed between uses and store it away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Ingredient information is presented carefully: the package identifies c-PDRN 0.5%, while the official Korean ingredient list places Hydrolyzed DNA at position 13, Niacinamide at position 7, and Sodium Hyaluronate at position 12. Other active ingredients are discussed by their listed position rather than by invented percentages. Product packaging and ingredient information should always be checked when the item arrives.

For best daily habits, cleanse gently, avoid combining too many potentially irritating steps, and use sunscreen each morning. Hydration-focused products work well when used patiently and consistently. Individual results vary, and this cosmetic product is not a medicine or a substitute for professional skin advice.

Who the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule suits

This is a treatment step for someone who already has the basics in place. If you cleanse, moisturise and wear sunscreen most days, the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule slots in as the serum stage and gives that routine something to work on. It suits skin that looks dull, feels rough to the touch or holds onto marks longer than it used to, and it suits anyone who prefers a light watery layer over a thick one in Dhaka humidity.

It also suits people who have heard about c-PDRN from clinic treatments and want to try the ingredient in a form they can use at home every day. That is a reasonable thing to want, provided the expectations are set honestly, which is what the next section does.

Who should skip it

If your barrier is currently compromised, if you are mid-flare with inflamed acne, or if you are recovering from a procedure, wait until your skin is calm before adding anything new. If you have never used a treatment serum before, start with a simple hydrating one and come back to the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule once you know how your skin behaves.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or managing a skin condition under a doctor, check with them before adding this or any new active. A product page is not the right place to get that answer.

What c-PDRN is, and what the evidence supports

PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide, a mixture of DNA fragments. The c-PDRN in this bottle is the brand version of that raw material, listed at 0.5 percent on the carton. The brand behind it is known in Korea for clinic injectables, and that reputation is the reason the name carries weight.

Here is the part worth being straight about. Most of the published research on PDRN concerns injected use in a clinical setting. A topical ampoule is a different thing: it sits on the surface and works through the outer layers of skin, not under them. The Rejuran Turnover Ampoule is a cosmetic, not a treatment, and it should be judged as one.

What a well-made topical PDRN formula reliably delivers is comfortable, lasting hydration in a light texture, and that is a legitimate reason to like it. Skin that is properly hydrated looks smoother and reflects light better, which is most of what people mean when they say their skin looks fresher. Anyone telling you a serum does what an injection does is selling rather than explaining.

Key ingredients in the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule with c-PDRN 0.5 percent

Layering the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule with other actives

The ampoule is a hydration and comfort layer, not a competing active, so it plays well with almost everything. The simple rule is thinnest first: cleanse, apply the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule on damp skin, then your cream, then sunscreen in the morning.

With retinol, apply the ampoule first and the retinol over it. Many people find retinol easier to tolerate with a hydrating layer underneath, and the two are not fighting each other. With vitamin C in the morning, use the vitamin C first and the ampoule second. With exfoliating acids, keep them to separate nights and use the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule on both acid and non-acid nights, since that is exactly when your skin wants the comfort.

What you should not do is pile on three new things in the same week. If your skin reacts, you will have no way of knowing which one caused it.

What to expect from the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule, week by week

There is no purging phase and no tolerance schedule with this one, so you can use it twice a day from the first bottle. What changes, and roughly when, looks like this.

Timeframe	What usually changes
Days 1 to 7	Skin feels plumper and less tight after cleansing
Weeks 2 to 4	Surface looks smoother; makeup sits better and lasts longer
Weeks 6 to 12	Texture and overall evenness are fair to judge at this point
Month 3 onward	The honest window for deciding whether it earned its place

Take a photograph of your bare face in daylight on day one. In eight weeks you will not accurately remember what your skin looked like, and a photograph is the only fair way to judge whether the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule did anything for you.

If the ampoule stings on application at any point, stop for a few days and go back to cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen alone. Stinging is a barrier signal, not a sign that a product is working.

How long a bottle lasts, and how to store it

Used twice daily at a few drops per application, expect roughly two to three months from one bottle. Used once daily it will stretch closer to four or five, and once daily used consistently beats twice daily used sporadically.

Store the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule out of direct sunlight and away from a hot bathroom window. A cupboard shelf or a bedroom drawer is better than a windowsill, particularly through a Dhaka summer. Close the cap properly and keep the dropper clean by not touching it to your skin.

Building a routine around the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule

An ampoule on its own is one step, not a routine. To get anything measurable from it you need a gentle cleanser before it, a moisturiser to seal it in and a sunscreen in the morning, because sun exposure undoes surface work faster than any serum can build it.

If you want the sunscreen step handled with something that layers cleanly over a watery ampoule, the SKIN1004 Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum is a serum-textured option that will not pill on top of it. If you would rather buy a complete routine in one order, the PDRN Starter Combo covers cleanser, serum, cream and sunscreen together, and the whole Combo and Sets collection is worth a look.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as a Rejuran clinic treatment?

No. Clinic treatments are injected by a practitioner and belong to a different category entirely. The Rejuran Turnover Ampoule is a cosmetic you apply yourself, from the same brand, using the same family of raw material in a topical formula. Treat them as separate things.

Can I use it morning and night?

Yes. It is light enough for daytime under sunscreen and comfortable at night under a cream. Apply it to skin that is still slightly damp from rinsing rather than fully dry.

Will it work for oily or combination skin?

It suits oily skin well, because the texture is watery rather than rich. If you have dry skin you will still want a proper moisturiser over it; the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule hydrates but it does not seal that hydration in on its own.

Can I use it around the eyes?

You can pat a small amount over the orbital bone, avoiding the lash line and the inner corner. Do not get it in your eyes.

What if my skin does not react at all?

That is normal and it is not a failure. A well-formulated hydrating ampoule should feel like nothing dramatic. Judge it on how your skin looks in daylight at week eight, not on how it feels in the first five minutes.

The short version

A light, watery ampoule from a brand with a serious clinic reputation, built around c-PDRN at 0.5 percent as printed on the carton. It is a comfortable, well-made hydration and texture step that plays well with everything else in a routine, and it needs a cleanser, a moisturiser and a daily sunscreen around it to be worth the money.

What it is not is a clinic treatment in a bottle, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let you find out at week twelve. Used consistently for three months alongside proper sun protection, the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule is a genuinely good treatment step. Used on its own, skipping sunscreen, it is an expensive way to be disappointed.

Why an ampoule rather than a serum or an essence

The three words get used loosely, and in Korean skincare the boundaries are marketing more than chemistry. Broadly, an essence is the lightest and most watery, a serum is the standard treatment step, and an ampoule sits at the concentrated end of that scale in a smaller bottle. The Rejuran Turnover Ampoule is watery in feel but sits in the treatment slot, which is why it replaces your serum rather than adding a fourth step.

Practically, that means two things. You use fewer drops than you would with a runny essence, and you do not need a separate serum on top. Adding one anyway is not harmful, but you are paying for two products to do one job.

How to tell whether it is working

Hydration results show up as feel first and look second. In the first fortnight the honest test is whether your skin still feels comfortable two hours after cleansing rather than tight. That is the Rejuran Turnover Ampoule doing its primary job.

Texture and evenness are slower and need a fixed comparison point, which is why the day-one daylight photograph matters so much. Take the follow-up photograph in the same spot, at the same time of day, with no makeup. Judging skincare from memory in a bathroom mirror is how people convince themselves that nothing ever works.

One more marker worth watching: how your makeup behaves. Foundation that stops clinging to dry patches is a real, observable change, and it usually shows up around week three.
