Lume & Layer is an online retailer of Korean beauty and personal care products, operating in Bangladesh.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We try to keep product descriptions, ingredients and images accurate. Packaging and formulation are sometimes updated by the manufacturer, so what arrives may differ slightly from the image shown. This does not qualify as a defect.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. Your order is confirmed when we contact you and confirm availability.
We may cancel or refuse an order if the item is unavailable, the price or description was listed in error, we cannot verify your contact details, or we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent or abusive. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we refund it in full.
Orders may be placed only by people aged 18 or over, or with the consent of a parent or guardian.
PAYMENT
We accept cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad. For cash on delivery, payment is due in full to the delivery person when your order arrives.
We never ask for your bKash or Nagad PIN. Anyone who asks you for it while claiming to represent us is attempting fraud. Report it to us immediately.
DELIVERY
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, holidays, strikes or courier delays.
You must open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person, and record a continuous unboxing video, before he leaves. If anything is missing, damaged or wrong, do not pay — hand the parcel back and call us while he is still there. Once the delivery person has left, we cannot raise a claim with the courier, and claims made afterward cannot be accepted. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
If a cash-on-delivery order is repeatedly refused at the door without notice, we may require advance payment on future orders.
RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return and Exchange Policy.
USE OF PRODUCTS
Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
Skin reacts differently from person to person. Patch test any new product before full use, read the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities, and stop using anything that causes irritation. If a reaction is serious or persists, see a doctor.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions to a genuine product used as directed.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create an account, keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
OUR CONTENT
The text, photographs, logo and design on this website belong to Lume & Layer or our suppliers. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
LIABILITY
We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or missed occasions, arising from a delayed or cancelled order.
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.

আমাদের সম্পর্কে
Lume & Layer বাংলাদেশে পরিচালিত একটি অনলাইন প্রতিষ্ঠান, যা কোরিয়ান বিউটি ও পার্সোনাল কেয়ার পণ্য বিক্রি করে।
পণ্য ও মূল্য
সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) এবং অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে প্রযোজ্য কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত। ডেলিভারি চার্জ চেকআউটে আলাদাভাবে দেখানো হয়।
আমরা পণ্যের বর্ণনা, উপাদান ও ছবি যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল রাখার চেষ্টা করি। প্রস্তুতকারক প্রতিষ্ঠান মাঝেমধ্যে প্যাকেজিং বা ফর্মুলা পরিবর্তন করে, তাই প্রাপ্ত পণ্য ছবির থেকে সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে। এটি ত্রুটি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।
আমরা যেকোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। আপনার অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার করার সময় দেখানো মূল্যটিই প্রযোজ্য।
অর্ডার
অর্ডার করা মানে কেনার প্রস্তাব, নিশ্চিত বিক্রয় নয়। আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত করলে তবেই অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়।
পণ্য না থাকলে, মূল্য বা বর্ণনায় ভুল থাকলে, আপনার যোগাযোগের তথ্য যাচাই করা না গেলে, অথবা অর্ডারটি প্রতারণামূলক বা অপব্যবহারমূলক মনে হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে পারি। বাতিল হওয়া অর্ডারের টাকা আগে পরিশোধ করা থাকলে আমরা তা সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত দিই।
শুধুমাত্র ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সীরা, অথবা অভিভাবকের সম্মতিক্রমে অর্ডার করতে পারবেন।
পেমেন্ট
আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ ও নগদ গ্রহণ করি। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে পার্সেল পৌঁছানোর সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
আমরা কখনোই আপনার বিকাশ বা নগদের পিন চাই না। আমাদের প্রতিনিধি দাবি করে কেউ পিন চাইলে বুঝবেন এটি প্রতারণা। সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আমাদের জানান।
ডেলিভারি
ডেলিভারির সময় ও চার্জ আমাদের শিপিং পলিসিতে উল্লেখ আছে। ডেলিভারির সময় আনুমানিক, নিশ্চিত প্রতিশ্রুতি নয় — আবহাওয়া, ছুটি, হরতাল বা কুরিয়ার সংক্রান্ত দেরিতে তা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার আগেই তাঁর সামনে পার্সেল খুলে চেক করতে হবে এবং একটানা আনবক্সিং ভিডিও রেকর্ড করতে হবে। কোনো পণ্য না পেলে, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে টাকা পরিশোধ করবেন না — পার্সেলটি ফেরত দিন এবং তিনি সেখানে থাকতেই আমাদের কল করুন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর আমরা কুরিয়ারের কাছে অভিযোগ জানাতে পারি না, তাই পরে করা অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা সম্ভব নয়। বিস্তারিত শিপিং পলিসিতে দেখুন।
আগে থেকে না জানিয়ে বারবার ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডার ফেরত দিলে ভবিষ্যতে আমরা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট চাইতে পারি।
রিটার্ন
রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ আমাদের রিটার্ন অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হয়।
পণ্য ব্যবহার
আমাদের পণ্যগুলো বাহ্যিক ব্যবহারের প্রসাধনী। এগুলো ওষুধ নয় এবং কোনো রোগ নির্ণয়, চিকিৎসা বা নিরাময়ের উদ্দেশ্যে তৈরি নয়।
একেকজনের ত্বক একেকভাবে প্রতিক্রিয়া দেখায়। নতুন পণ্য সম্পূর্ণভাবে ব্যবহারের আগে প্যাচ টেস্ট করুন, কোনো উপাদানে সংবেদনশীলতা থাকলে উপাদানের তালিকা পড়ে নিন, এবং জ্বালাপোড়া হলে ব্যবহার বন্ধ করুন। প্রতিক্রিয়া গুরুতর বা দীর্ঘস্থায়ী হলে ডাক্তার দেখান।
আসল পণ্য নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী ব্যবহারের পরও কোনো প্রতিক্রিয়া হলে তার জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট
অ্যাকাউন্ট খুললে আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড সুরক্ষিত রাখুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে হওয়া কার্যক্রমের দায় আপনার। অন্য কেউ আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রবেশ করেছে মনে হলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আমাদের জানান।
আমাদের কনটেন্ট
এই ওয়েবসাইটের লেখা, ছবি, লোগো ও ডিজাইন Lume & Layer অথবা আমাদের সরবরাহকারীদের সম্পত্তি। আমাদের অনুমতি ছাড়া বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে এগুলো কপি বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। ব্র্যান্ডের নাম ও লোগো সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের সম্পত্তি।
দায়বদ্ধতা
আপনি যে পণ্য অর্ডার করেছেন, বর্ণনা অনুযায়ী সেই পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার দায়িত্ব আমাদের। অর্ডার দেরি বা বাতিল হওয়ার কারণে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি — যেমন আয়ের ক্ষতি বা কোনো অনুষ্ঠান মিস হওয়া — এর জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
বাংলাদেশের ভোক্তা অধিকার আইনে আপনার প্রাপ্য কোনো অধিকার এই শর্তাবলী দ্বারা খর্ব হবে না।
পরিবর্তন
আমরা এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। আপনি অর্ডার করার সময় এই পেজে প্রকাশিত সংস্করণটিই প্রযোজ্য হবে।
