Medicube PDRN Neck Cream (Medicube PDRN Collagen Gua Sha Neck Wrinkle Cream, 90g / 3.17 oz) is Medicube’s dedicated cream for the jawline, neck, collarbone and décolleté — areas that show horizontal “tech neck” lines, crepey texture and loss of firmness earlier than many shoppers expect. Instead of a plain tube cap, the pack integrates a curved gua sha-style massage head with a rotating ON/OFF collar so you can turn, dispense, glide and lock in one tool. Brand marketing and packaging emphasise 5% Volufiline plus salmon-DNA-style PDRN (listed as Sodium DNA), hydrolyzed collagen and a multi-peptide complex.

Lume & Layer BD sources authentic international beauty products from trusted suppliers. At the time of writing, Medicube’s US storefront focuses on other PDRN SKUs; this neck cream is sold internationally under the consistent official name printed on the tube. Always verify batch codes and seals on the unit you receive.

Product overview

Medicube PDRN Collagen Gua Sha Neck Wrinkle Cream is a leave-on firming/hydrating cream in a 90g squeeze tube finished in Medicube’s soft pink clinical aesthetic. On-pack claims highlight dermatologist-developed positioning, 5% Volufiline, and the built-in gua sha applicator for a roughly five-minute daily massage ritual. International product pages describe a lightweight, non-sticky finish designed for jawline-to-décolleté contour care rather than a heavy occlusive body balm.

Core identity checklist:

Brand: Medicube (APR-related K-beauty device and dermocosmetic line)
Official product name: PDRN Collagen Gua Sha Neck Wrinkle Cream
Size: 90g / 3.17 oz
Format: Cream with integrated curved gua sha applicator + twist lock
Spotlight actives: 5% Volufiline, PDRN (Sodium DNA), hydrolyzed collagen, peptide complex
Concern focus: neck lines, firmness look, hydration, jawline/décolleté care

Key benefits

Shoppers choose Medicube PDRN Neck Cream when face routines stop at the jaw and the neck still looks dry, lined or soft. Based on brand and authorised international descriptions (cosmetic appearance claims, not medical outcomes):

Helps improve the look of fine lines and visible aging signs on the neck with PDRN and 5% Volufiline positioning
Supports a firmer, fuller-looking appearance along jawline, neck and décolleté
Built-in curved massage head for targeted contour-style application without a separate tool
Twist on/off applicator for hygienic, controlled dispensing
Hydration and barrier-support ingredients (glycerin, hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP, lipid complex) for thin neck skin that often feels tight
Multi-peptide complex for the cosmetic look of smoother, more elastic-feeling skin with consistent use

These are cosmetic benefits about appearance and feel. The cream is not a substitute for injectables, surgery, or dermatologist care for clinical skin disease.

Medicube PDRN Neck Cream key ingredients

5% Volufiline (Hydrogenated Polyisobutene + Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root Extract)

Packaging states 5% Volufiline. Volufiline is a Sederma trade name for a blend of Hydrogenated Polyisobutene and Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root Extract — both appear on the INCI. Marketing positions this percentage for the look of volume, firmness and elasticity support on areas that can look hollow or soft. The percentage refers to the commercial blend, not a 5% pure plant extract alone.

PDRN / Sodium DNA

Sodium DNA on the ingredient list is the cosmetic listing commonly associated with salmon-derived PDRN fragments in Medicube’s PDRN range. Brand education links PDRN to the look of skin vitality, smoothness and resilience. Topical cosmetics are not injectable PDRN procedures — expect gradual cosmetic support with regular use, not clinical regeneration claims.

Hydrolyzed collagen

Hydrolyzed collagen is included for surface conditioning and the temporary look of softer, more supple skin. It conditions upper layers; it does not replace structural dermal collagen from within like a medical treatment.

Niacinamide, adenosine, hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP

Niacinamide appears early in the INCI for tone and barrier comfort. Adenosine is widely used in K-beauty for the look of fine lines. Hyaluronic acid and glycerin draw and hold water. Ceramide NP plus cholesterol and plant sterols support a skin-identical lipid feel important for neck skin that has fewer oil glands than the face.

Retinol and peptide complex

Retinol is present in the formula, so introduce carefully if you are retinoid-sensitive, especially near the chest. The peptide stack listed internationally includes Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Acetyl Octapeptide-3, several acetyl tetrapeptides, carnosine, copper tripeptide-1, nonapeptide-1, and palmitoyl peptides (including palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 and palmitoyl tripeptides). Together they are positioned for firming and anti-aging appearance care. Concentrations of individual peptides are not printed as percentages on the tube beyond the Volufiline callout.

NAD+, antioxidants and oils

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), tocopherol/tocopheryl acetate, quercetin and ascorbic acid polypeptide appear as antioxidant/vitality-support ingredients. Macadamia seed oil adds emollience. Dipotassium glycyrrhizate offers a soothing licorice-root derivative commonly used to comfort the look of irritation.

How the product works with the gua sha applicator

Medicube PDRN Neck Cream combines a leave-on cream with mechanical massage. The curved head is shaped to hug jawline, neck and décolleté contours. Twisting the collar opens product flow through the applicator; gliding upward helps spread a thin, even film and temporarily can make the area look less puffy while the cream absorbs. Closing/locking the collar helps keep the tip cleaner between uses. Massage improves application comfort and coverage — it does not permanently reshape anatomy.

Who should use it

Adults noticing horizontal neck lines, crepey texture, or soft jawline definition from screen posture and sun/lifestyle habits
People who want a dedicated neck/décolleté step instead of only face moisturiser runoff
Shoppers who prefer an all-in-one cream + massage tool rather than buying a separate gua sha stone
Those already comfortable with niacinamide and who can patch-test a formula that also contains retinol

Not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Pregnant or breastfeeding users should ask a clinician before using leave-on retinol products.

Suitable skin types

International listings frame the cream for dry, normal and mature-leaning skin seeking firmness and hydration. Combination skin can use it on the neck even if the T-zone prefers lighter gels. Very oily or acne-prone décolleté skin should patch-test — the formula includes richer emollients and silicones that some find heavy. Sensitive skin: start every other night, keep the rest of the neck routine bland, and stop if persistent stinging or redness occurs.

How to use Medicube PDRN Neck Cream

Brand-aligned ritual summarised from international how-to copy and on-pack applicator design:

Cleanse face and neck; finish water-based toners/essences/serums first
Twist the gua sha collar to open (ON)
Gently squeeze to dispense a small amount onto the applicator tip or neck
Glide upward from collarbone toward jaw, 5–10 slow strokes per side; include jawline and décolleté as needed
Pat any excess; do not drag harshly on thin skin
Twist closed to lock
Morning and/or evening; in the daytime finish with sunscreen on neck and chest
Patch-test along the side of the neck for a few days if you are reactive or new to retinol

Recommended routine order

AM example: cleanse → toner/essence → serum → eye care if used → Medicube PDRN Neck Cream on neck/jaw/décolleté → face moisturiser if needed → sunscreen on face and neck.

PM example: cleanse → treatment serums → Medicube PDRN Neck Cream massage → optional richer cream only if the neck still feels dry.

Keep acids or strong retinoids off the same night you first introduce this cream if your barrier is unstable.

What to combine it with

Hydrating Medicube face steps pair naturally. Browse Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Capsule Cream for face glow care and Medicube PDRN Pink Niacinamide Milky Toner if you like milky hydration before cream. For concern browsing, see Aging & Fine Lines and Moisturizers on Lume & Layer.

View official Medicube US brand information for the wider PDRN collection context (this specific neck SKU may not always appear on every regional site).

Ingredients or products to introduce carefully

Other leave-on retinoids on the same night — risk of dryness on thin neck skin
High-strength AHA/BHA peels immediately before massage
Fragrance-heavy body oils that may pill over silicones
Aggressive gua sha pressure or scraping — use light to moderate upward strokes only

Expected experience and realistic results

Immediate: cream slip for massage, temporary smoother/hydrated feel, possible short-term de-puffed look from lymphatic-style strokes.

Over weeks of consistent use: brand storytelling focuses on a firmer, more defined-looking neck and softer-looking lines. Individual results vary with sun habits, posture, age and how generously you apply.

Not a permanent lift. Maintain daytime SPF on the neck — UV is a major driver of crepey texture.

Size and value

This listing is the 90g / 3.17 oz tube — a generous dedicated neck size compared with many 50–55g face creams. A five-minute bilateral massage uses more product than a thin face dab; plan repurchase around daily AM/PM use. One size only on this page (simple product).

Authenticity and storage guidance

Lume & Layer BD sources authentic international beauty products from trusted suppliers.

Check soft-pink tube print: medicube logo, PDRN COLLAGEN GUA SHA NECK WRINKLE CREAM, 5% VOLUFILINE, 90g / 3.17 oz, and the metallic-edged gua sha head with twist collar.

Store capped/locked, away from direct sun and extreme heat. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal looks tampered or the cream smells unusually off.

Ingredient lists can be updated by the manufacturer — always prefer the INCI on your physical pack if it differs from older web copies.

Frequently asked questions

What is Medicube PDRN Neck Cream?

It is Medicube’s Medicube PDRN Collagen Gua Sha Neck Wrinkle Cream 90g — a neck and décolleté cream with 5% Volufiline callout, PDRN/collagen/peptide support, and a built-in gua sha applicator.

Can I use it on my face?

It is designed for jawline, neck, collarbone and décolleté. Some users extend along the jaw; patch-test facial use separately, especially because retinol is in the INCI.

Does it contain fragrance?

Published INCI transcripts reviewed for this page do not list Parfum/Fragrance. Always re-check your batch if you are highly fragrance-sensitive.

How is Volufiline 5% defined?

It refers to the commercial Volufiline blend (Hydrogenated Polyisobutene and Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root Extract), as explained in independent ingredient education and packaging callouts.

Is this on medicube.us?

Regional catalogues change. Search Medicube’s official regional sites for the latest lineup; the tube name remains the identity check for authenticity.

Reading the tube like a checklist

Before first use, confirm you received soft-pink Medicube packaging that prints PDRN COLLAGEN GUA SHA NECK WRINKLE CREAM, the 5% VOLUFILINE callout, and 90 g / 3.17 oz near the base of the tube body. The applicator should show a curved double-lobed head with a metallic rim and a rotating collar marked for off/lock positions.

Photograph the batch code on arrival if you like to track PAO and repurchase timing. Keep the carton if one is included until you are satisfied with authenticity checks.

Bangladesh climate notes for neck creams

Heat and humidity can make rich creams feel heavier midday. If shine appears on the décolleté, use a lighter amount in the morning and reserve a fuller massage application for nighttime when air-conditioning may dry skin.

Sweat plus massage product can transfer to collars — allow a short dry-down before dressing, or apply after you put on a wide-neck top.

When to pause and ask a professional

Stop use and consult a dermatologist if you develop persistent burning, swelling, hives, or pigment changes. Retinol-containing leave-ons are generally avoided in pregnancy unless a clinician advises otherwise.

Cosmetic neck creams do not treat thyroid-related neck changes, significant skin laxity that needs procedural care, or infections. Use this product as supportive skincare appearance care within a realistic plan.

Why neck skin ages differently

Neck skin is thinner, has fewer sebaceous glands, and folds repeatedly when we look down at phones — so horizontal lines and crepey texture show early even when the face is well cared for.

Extending a pea-sized face cream downward is better than nothing, but a dedicated 90g neck formula with a shaped applicator makes consistent coverage more realistic.

Tech neck habits that support the cream

Raise screens toward eye level when you can, take posture breaks, and never skip SPF on the neck and chest in Bangladesh sun.

Pillow friction and hot showers can also dry the area — pat dry and apply cream on slightly damp skin if you like extra slip for massage.

Massage pressure and hygiene tips

Use light-to-moderate pressure; the goal is glide and product spread, not bruising. Clean the metallic-edged head with a soft tissue after locking closed.

Do not share applicators. If you have open irritation, broken skin, or active dermatitis on the neck, pause cosmetic massage and seek advice.

Layering with silicone-rich textures

This cream includes dimethicone and related silicones for slip. If makeup or sunscreen pills on the lower face/neck, allow a longer set time or simplify overlapping silicone primers.

Travel and daily ritual length

The five-minute ritual is a brand guideline, not a medical protocol. Even 60–90 seconds of upward strokes with consistent cream use is more helpful than skipping the neck entirely on busy mornings.

Comparing face collagen creams vs this neck SKU

Medicube’s face capsule cream and jelly cream target facial glow/jelly textures; this gua sha neck cream is purpose-built for below-the-jaw contours with a tool-in-tube design. Choose based on the area you want to prioritise rather than stacking every Medicube cream at once.
